- Most recent paycheck stub
- Most recent bank statement
- Two forms of identification (drivers
license, social security card, etc.)
*If you are self employed, you
will need to bring in the previous two year's tax returns |

CLOSING
ESTIMATION
Depending on the type of loan, some
can close in as little as 2-3 days and other may take up to 3-4
weeks. We have staff on hand to recommend the loan that is right
for you.
DOWN PAYMENT and FEES
The amount required down can vary according
to the loan type and the appraisal of the home. Fee disclosures
will be given to you at your application appointment and a good
faith estimate will also be presented to you at that time.
CONSTRUCTION LOANS
Construction to Perm loans are available,
so you will only have to pay one set of fees and sit through
one loan closing. This is a time saver as well as a money saver.
